- Failure to read the product description or understand the licensing terms.
- Unauthorized use or redistribution of the digital product.

3. Refund Process
3.1 To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date, providing detailed information about the issue or reason for the refund request.
3.2 Additional validation steps may include:
- Evidence such as screenshots or audio recordings demonstrating the issue with the beat or sample pack.
3.3 Refund approval will require the buyer to sign a Refund Agreement Document, which includes:
- A declaration that all copies of the digital product have been permanently deleted.
- Agreement not to use the refunded digital product without purchasing a new license.
3.4 Refunds will only be processed after receiving and verifying the signed Refund Agreement Document.

4. Refund Method
4.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4.2 Refunds will typically be processed within 7 business days of approval.

5. Non-Refundable Items
5.1 The following items are non-refundable:
- Customized beats or sample packs produced to your specifications once the production process has begun.
- Exclusive rights purchases once the license agreement has been signed.

6. Limited License Termination
6.1 If a refund is issued:
The license to use the beat or sample pack will be immediately terminated.
All use of the beat or sample pack in projects must cease.

7. Compliance with Consumer Laws

In compliance with EU consumer laws, refunds for digital products are subject to the condition that the buyer agrees to waive their right of withdrawal if the digital product has been downloaded. By purchasing and downloading a beat or sample pack, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
7.2 Non-EU Purchases:
