No purchase or payment transaction is completed directly on prodbymrj.com.

Purchases cannot be completed directly on prodbymrj.com. If you choose to purchase a beat, sample pack or licence, the transaction is completed through the BeatStars platform and the applicable payment provider.
Following a purchase, BeatStars may provide us as the seller with information relating to the transaction. According to BeatStars, this may include your name, contact information, billing address and transaction details such as the product purchased and licence type.
We use this information only for purposes related to the transaction, including fulfilling and documenting the licence, providing customer support and handling questions relating to the purchase.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for performance of the contract and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations.
